I think the worst thing to talk about in a work place would be Lifestyle changes and Politics. I think you should keep your lifestyle changes to yourself because that is your own personal business and no one needs to know about it. Politics are also the worst thing because some people get two worked up about it and get mad at each other. I always try to avoid some things I say around my friends because some people can take it very seriously. I think the rest of the list is very good.
